Samantha Martin has had a lifetime fascination and truly unique bond with animals inspiring her extensive background including an associate degree in animal husbandry and services, internships at the Brookfield Zoo, studies in animal behavioral sciences. As an expert animal trainer she has supplied her many talents for handling animals for everything from commercial and industrial advertising including Wal-Mart, PetCo and PetSmart. TV projects include appearances on Animal Planet and the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
 Samantha’s Acro-Cats show featuring the Rock Cats all-cat band have inspired, thrilled and mystified audiences of all ages coast to coast as well as re-defined live performance with her own wonderfully unique blend of spectacle, entertainment, education, public awareness for animal welfare groups.
The purr-forming purr-sonalities have as much fun as their audience with obvious content with their limelight status as they demonstrate astounding feats of agility so synonymous with their species. They perform tricks with various hoops, tumblers, skateboards, hoisting flags, reading signs, even rolling balls over parallel ropes! This amazing spectacle also includes performing mice, rats and even a cat vs chicken bowling show-down! Band manager and star of the show Tuna demands adoration from her all-too-willing fans as Samantha redefines the human-animal bond, highlighting the remarkably intelligent and wonderfully curious feline personalities that creates the Acro-Cats experience!
SAMANTHA’S AMAZING ANIMAL ADVENTURE:
Meet the Animals! This fascinating menagerie of incredible creatures includes
A beat-cat, chinchilla, coatimundi, ferret, groundhog, guinea pig, hedgehog, kinkajou, opossum, prairie dog, rabbit, raccoon, rats, serval, monkey, fox, skunk woodchuck, and of course a Cat!
The experienced handlers explain fascinating facts and entertaining stories about each animal. Most of the animals can be touched by audience members. Some animals perform ‘tricks’ like Rusty Raccoon who plays the piano and shoots baskets, or Warner the Woodchuck who raises the American flag, or the famous performing chickens who jump, dance and exhibit other talents (as seen on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno).
Not all animals participate in all shows. The show varies according to budget and performance area.
 SAMANTHA’S AMAZING REPTILE SHOW:
For a more slithery scalier adventure, check out Samantha’s Amazing Reptile show, featuring 8 – 10 reptiles ranging from an Argentine tegu lizard, a North American alligator, or blue-tongued skink, lizards, turtles and snakes, as well as exotic insects such as the African Giant Millipedes, Madagascar Hissers and tarantulas.
An Entire Reptile Show/Demonstration can be performed as well.
