Bob Friedhoffer earned his M.A. in the history and philosophy of science from the City University of NY in 1993 and is now bringing his exciting and unique show to children of all ages. Bob's performances exemplify the amazing connection of science to magic tricks - they also include science tricks that children can do at home.

Bob shows how magic uses science to create illusions. Art and science clearly come together as Bob performs one amazing feat after another, and proves that our senses can truly be fooled. Obvious but amazing tricks our mind plays on us are revealed. How are people really fooled by magic? Is it principles of physics, or chemistry or biology? Or is it science of our mind, psychology and neurology? You'll see when you experience Bob Friedhoffer's extraordinary performance.

A trick is performed. The modus operandi is discussed. The method is always a scientific principle. Bob Friedhoffer is author of 30+ award-winning children's books, including Magic and Perception and More Magic Tricks, Science Facts.
